Accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended without warning. be9999 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, apply a single account balance, and forfeit any bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts.

2.4 Account Verification

3.3 Deposit Processing

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a promotion, all bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. 4.3 Bonus Validity

4.5 Welcome Bonus

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.3 Sports Betting — Match Abandonment and Postponement

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey: if a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed (as defined in the individual sport rules), all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is suspended after the minimum qualifying time, settlement will be based on the result at the time of suspension unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules.

5.4 Responsible Limits

Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits via the account settings panel. Setting these limits is voluntary but strongly recommended. be9999 will honour all self-imposed limits immediately upon their activation. Requests to increase an active limit will not take effect until a cooling-off period has elapsed.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.2 Voluntary Closure
